Founded in 1945, Dalebrook Supplies Ltd has grown into one of the most complete names in professional food presentation. The range is engineered around two professional sizing systems: the worldwide Gastronorm (GN) standard and Dalebrook’s own 840 system, developed for the 840 mm deep counter. Stands, platters, risers, crocks and trays share the same footprints, so a counter can be rebuilt, extended or restyled without wasted space — and everything keeps fitting. Dalebrook is a specialist in commercial-grade materials: scratch-resistant melamine that recreates the look of slate, marble, wood and enamel without the weight or fragility, moisture-resistant HPL risers that do not block the airflow in chilled counters, shatter-resistant Glazz for glass-look event catering, and stainless steel with non-stick coating for the hot counter.
