Cheese curlers

A cheese curler shaves paper-thin rosettes from a wheel of cheese — the classic way to serve Tête de Moine — and works just as well for chocolate curls on desserts. Boska curlers hold the cheese on a central pin while the rotating blade does the work; models range from the wooden Amigo to the Marble and Milano editions.
