These 395 x 0.3 mm cutting wires have been developed for the BOSKA Mozzarella Cutter. The thin cutting wires are suitable for cutting mozzarella and other soft, rindless fresh cheeses. The wires are made from spring steel and are supplied in a set of 10 pieces.
