Boska Cutting Wires Cheese Blocker Pro – 315x0,6 mm – 10 pcs

These cutting wires have been developed for the BOSKA RoqueForce®. The wires are made of spring steel and are suitable for cutting very soft cheeses such as Roquefort and Camembert. They are also ideal for cheeses where even the finest knives are too coarse, such as triple cream cheeses. The set consists of 10 replacement wires for professional use.
